The 49ers have the NFLs second-worst run defense and are likely to be playing from behind against a heavily-favored Bills team. That should allow McCoy to get plenty of touches in the second half and drive up his rushing total. Backups Mike Gillislee and Reggie Bush totaled only three carries in Sundays win against the Rams, so they arent likely to poach carries from McCoy against San Francisco. -- Mike RodakEAGLES AT REDSKINSPhiladelphia EaglesRookie Wendell Smallwood will lead the Eagles in rushing. Running back Ryan Mathews fell ill on Friday and was excused from practice. Coach Doug Pederson expects Mathews to play. Regardless, it sounds like the coaching staff wants to get Smallwood more involved moving forward.
